About the Role
As a Sales Representative, you will prospect and build relationships, close deals, and drive revenue for Bar None Auction, a leading auction company specializing in construction equipment, commercial trucks, and ag equipment.
Responsibilities
- Possess a proven track record in sales, particularly in construction equipment, trucking, or auto sales.
- Identify and engage businesses and individuals looking to sell equipment, trucks, and ag equipment.
- Secure consignment agreements through strategic negotiations.
- Expand your client base and become the go-to expert for equipment sellers.
- Deliver high-value consignments for Bar None Auction's auctions.
- Represent Bar None Auction and provide top-tier service.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license required for fieldwork.
Qualifications
Self-motivated and competitive, with a strong desire to succeed. Excellent communicator, able to build trust, negotiate, and deliver results. Experience with CRM and sales strategies is preferred.
Skills
Proven sales track record, industry knowledge, self-motivation, competitiveness, excellent communication skills, CRM and sales savviness.
