Job Summary
Würth USA is seeking an enthusiastic Territory Sales Representative to manage and grow a territory, build customer relationships, and meet sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a territory by making daily calls (8-12) with dealerships, collisions, and automotive repair facilities.
- Work and engage with decision makers through cold calling and prospecting.
- Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to increase revenue and market share within the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with customers, identifying their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Stock, organize, and replenish inventory at customer sites.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues or concerns.
- Showcase the quality of WURTH products and services through presentations and demonstrations.
Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent work experience.
- A minimum of 1 year of sales experience, preferred.
- Demonstrated professionalism and customer service experience.
- Self-starter mentality.
- Strong organization and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to collaborate and maintain relationships with decision makers.
- Valid driver’s license.
Qualifications

Pay
The anticipated total compensation for this position begins at $65,000. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as geographic location, relevant experience, job-related skills, and other considerations.
Schedule
This is a full-time, 100% field-based role. You will work 5 days per week on the road, starting at 8:00 AM and finishing at 5:00 PM at your last stop.
