Territory Sales Representative

About the Role

As a Territory Sales Representative, you will run 2-3 pre-qualified appointments a day, Monday through Friday. No cold-calling, no scheduling bottlenecks. Homeowners need you—you're not pushing a service they don't need, you're designing a permanent fix and handing them peace of mind. We're the standard everyone else in this industry is chasing. What You'll Do

• Close sales during 2-3 pre-qualified appointments per day
• Design permanent foundation repair solutions for homeowners
• Follow a proven sales playbook while adapting in real time
• Steer high-stakes conversations with charisma and persuasion

Who You Are

• 3-5 years of sales experience preferred
• Competitive, driven, and energized by goals and results
• Charismatic, persuasive, and comfortable leading high-stakes conversations
• Sharp and able to follow a proven playbook while adapting in real time
