Job Summary

We're looking for a driven, results-oriented sales professional to join the team as a Territory Sales Representative, focused on selling commercial HVAC service contracts and preventive maintenance agreements across the greater Los Angeles area (East LA, Central LA, and West LA). Your territory will be assigned based on your location. The Role This is a hunter position — you'll be on the front lines, identifying and winning new business with building owners, property managers, and business decision-makers. Key Responsibilities

  • Possess minimum 3 years of outside B2B sales experience (hunter role)
  • Background in service-based sales strongly preferred, including industries such as: Uniform services, Pest control, Commercial cleaning, Waste management, Construction services, Facilities or building services
  • Proven track record of prospecting and closing new business
  • Comfortable with cold calling, networking, and territory development
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a territory
  • Experience using CRM systems (HubSpot preferred)
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory

Qualifications
