What You'll Do

  • Build & Manage Commercial Relationships
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with commercial property owners, facility managers, property managers, insurance professionals, and community partners.
  • Become a trusted advisor by educating clients on restoration services, emergency response planning, and disaster preparedness.
  • Conduct regular client visits to strengthen relationships and identify opportunities.
  • Represent SERVPRO Team Toft at networking events, industry meetings, and community functions.
  • Develop New Business Opportunities
  • Identify and pursue new commercial restoration opportunities related to water, fire, storm, and emergency response services.
  • Build a pipeline of potential commercial clients and referral partners.
  • Possess the ability to prospect, network, and create connections with businesses throughout the market.
  • Respond quickly and professionally to opportunities when losses occur.
  • Collaborate with operations teams to support successful customer outcomes.
  • Present & Communicate
  • Deliver professional presentations to businesses, organizations, and community groups.
  • Clearly communicate SERVPRO’s capabilities, services, and value.
  • Customize presentations and conversations based on customer needs.
  • Partner With Internal Teams
  • Work closely with Restoration, Reconstruction, Estimating, and Leadership teams.
  • Communicate customer expectations and opportunities effectively.
  • Support an exceptional customer experience from relationship development through project completion.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in B2B sales, account management, business development, or relationship-based sales.
  • Strong ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable meeting with business owners, executives, and decision-makers.
  • Ability to identify opportunities and turn relationships into business growth.
  • Strong organization, follow-through, and time management skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in restoration, construction, insurance, property management, or facility services.
  • Experience managing commercial accounts or referral partnerships.
  • Experience with CRM systems and sales tracking tools.
  • Knowledge of water, fire, storm, and property damage restoration.
