What You’ll Do
- Hunt: Operate within storm-affected areas and meet homeowners where they live.
- Close: Build credibility and trust one customer at a time by assessing exterior damage and onboarding new customers.
- Consult: Learn to work within a team to provide comprehensive solutions to exterior construction needs; cross-sells and upsells.

The Ideal Profile
- Competitive spirit (ex-athletes, veterans, and former servers/bartenders usually excel).
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Physically capable of lifting a 50lb ladder to inspect roofs from the gutter line.
- A "people person" who can build rapport quickly.
