- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase auction attendance and revenue.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local businesses and community leaders.
- Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives.
- Attend and participate in industry events and conferences to network and promote Purple Wave Auction.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably in an auction or event management environment.
- Proven track record of increasing sales and market share.
