About the role

Responsible for expanding sales within the Western Colorado territory, focusing on Grand Junction, CO. This role involves developing relationships with local businesses and individuals to increase Purple Wave Auction's market presence.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Western Colorado region, particularly in Grand Junction, CO.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with local businesses and community leaders to foster growth and loyalty.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies that align with company goals and objectives.
  • Manage and grow existing customer accounts while identifying potential upsell opportunities.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote Purple Wave Auction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Proven track record of increasing sales and revenue.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.

Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of sales techniques and strategies.
  • Experience with CRM systems is preferred.
  • Knowledge of auction and/or event management is beneficial.
