About the role

This role is focused on driving sales growth and managing a specified geographic region to achieve and surpass set targets. You will play a crucial role in expanding market share and nurturing key relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify incoming leads, prioritize tasks, and collaborate with key decision-makers to understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to increase market share and achieve sales goals, while regularly tracking and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with builders, architects, and other key stakeholders in the region.
  • Oversee regional projects by managing product applications, hardware specifications, and reviewing project documentation for accuracy and compliance.
  • Collaborate closely with the internal sales support team on large-scale projects and serve as Project Manager when required.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Associate’s degree in a related field plus 3 years of sales or customer service experience.
  • Proven B2B and B2C sales background.
  • Previous P&L (profit & loss) responsibility is strongly preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of equestrian facilities and/or general construction is preferred.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and job specification lists.
  • Proficient computer skills with the ability to quickly learn and effectively use CRM software (HubSpot).
  • Highly organized with strong prioritization and multi-tasking abilities.
  • Demonstrated success in sales or customer service roles.
  • Commitment to maintaining customer confidentiality.
  • Strong focus on safety, quality, continuous improvement, and profitability.
  • Effective leadership skills with a collaborative, team-oriented approach.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong follow-through.
  • Self-motivated with a positive, high-energy attitude and high integrity.

Work Environment

Remote position with approximately 50% travel throughout Texas, Oklahoma, New Mexico, Arizona, and California.
