Responsibilities

  • Lead sales activities within assigned territory
  • Develop a sales pipeline to achieve revenue targets
  • Conduct product demonstrations
  • Manage accounts across research facilities, hospitals, and universities
  • Build and strengthen customer relationships
  • Maintain an active CRM system to track opportunities
  • Develop new business and troubleshoot customer issues
  • Perform installations and provide user training
  • Utilize consultative selling to address objections and negotiate sales
  • Collaborate with internal teams to share information
  • Liaise with R&D to explore applications and market opportunities
  • Contribute to company growth by attending conferences and exhibitions

Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Science or advanced degree in Life Sciences
  • 2-5 years of capital scientific equipment sales experience
  • Experience in selling to hospitals, pharmaceutical and biotech sectors, specifically in NGS and oncology
  • Demonstrated strategic thinking and implementation skills
  • Proficient in molecular biology and proteomics knowledge
  • Skilled in product demonstrations, installations, and training
  • Strong critical thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills

Pay

$125,000 – $145,000 annually
