Territory Sales Manager Lubbock Texas
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It says e.g., meaning those are examples, not exclusive? It says "Use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." Likely they expect we use those headings when applicable. So we should stick to those headings. So we can have About the role, Responsibilities, Qualifications, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Possibly Skills could be separate but we have skills in qualifications; we could put under Qualifications.
Thus:
- About the role: include description paragraphs (intro, territory focus, role importance).
- Responsibilities: list bullet points.
- Qualifications: list bullet points (including education, experience, travel, industry knowledge, tech skills, self-motivated, detail, people skills, communication, assessment, citizenship, background check, driver's license). Note: background check and citizenship are qualifications but also legal; we can keep.
- Benefits: list bullet points from compensation section: company vehicle, cell phone, computer equipment, health/dental/vision insurance, 401(k) match, company-paid life insurance, short-term disability, PTO, ESPP.
- Pay: include compensation details: Competitive salary paid bi-weekly, base salary includes base and estimated first year commission, commission paid monthly based on contracted sales revenue, plus additional commissions if assets sold/bought meet minimum target value, commission structure rewards high performance.
- Schedule: include full-time salaried exempt, flexibility, travel up to 75%, physically demanding (climbing, lifting up to 50 lbs). Could also mention overtime not eligible.
We must not include boilerplate: Equal Opportunity Employer, Notice of Background Check (but we kept background check in qualifications? Might be considered boilerplate but it's a requirement; it's substantive? It's a condition of employment; we could keep as part of qualifications. However the instruction says remove EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate. Background check notice might be considered boilerplate but it's a specific requirement. Safer to keep it as part of qualifications? Might be considered boilerplate; but it's a condition. I'd keep it.
Also remove "Additional Information Seniority Level Associate Promotion Tag" etc.

Check for any repeated or boilerplate: we removed EEO, background check notice (we kept in qualifications but maybe okay). Also removed "Additional Information Seniority Level Associate Promotion Tag". Also removed "Visit us at: PurpleWave.com" maybe we could keep as part of About Purple Wave? But that is about company description; we could include in About the role? The instruction: preserve ALL substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. The "About Purple Wave" section is substantive about company. Should we include it? It could be part of About the role or maybe a separate section "About Purple Wave". But headings list does not include About Purple Wave; we could incorporate into About the role as extra paragraph. However the About the role currently focuses on role; we could add a paragraph about Purple Wave after the role description. That would preserve info. Thus after the role description paragraph(s), we can add a paragraph about Purple Wave: "Visit us at: PurpleWave.com Purple Wave Auction is a leader in the equipment auction industry focusing on construction, ag, fleet, and government equipment. We are a data-driven, quickly changing and evolving,
