About the role

The Territory Sales Manager for Fashion Seal Healthcare drives sales of medical and professional apparel products to laundries, distributors, and healthcare providers within an assigned Southeast territory. This role prospects and secures new accounts, manages an annual territory sales growth plan, and collaborates with sales professionals across the US. The Territory Sales Manager tracks market health, reports on business growth, and represents Fashion Seal Healthcare's brand and products directly with customers.

Responsibilities

  • Possess and utilize a CRM system to maintain up-to-date activity
  • Prospect and secure sales for new accounts, in person, on the phone, and virtually through online presentations
  • Navigate business environments to identify key decision-makers
  • Establish and execute annual territory sales growth plans
  • Maintain up-to-date activity in a CRM system
  • Create and participate in marketing proposals and efforts that drive demand for products and services
  • Make high-impact presentations to customers and prospects

Requirements

  • 5+ years of outside sales experience, calling on all levels of an organization, including C-level
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
  • A high sense of urgency
  • A history of building a sales book through persistent cold calling
  • Apparel sales experience preferred
