Territory Sales Manager - Charleston WV

About the role

This is a field-based sales role focused on territory growth, provider relationship management, and in‑home patient support and device delivery. You are not simply selling products; you are helping providers improve patient outcomes without relying on opioids.

Responsibilities

• Building relationships with doctors, clinics, and healthcare teams
• Growing and managing your own territory like a business owner
• Educating providers on non‑opioid recovery solutions
• Conducting lunch‑and‑learns and in‑office product demonstrations
• Personally delivering devices to patients and training them on proper use
• Creating long‑term impact through consistent follow‑up and service

Qualifications

• Sales, healthcare, medical device, DME, or outside sales experience preferred
• Self‑motivated and comfortable working independently
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
• Reliable transportation and computer proficiency required
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs when needed
• Driven, resourceful, competitive, coachable, self‑disciplined, resilient, curious, dependable, positive under pressure

Pay

This is a commission‑only 1099 position with uncapped earning potential. Typical earnings range from $60,000 to $150,000+ annually based on performance.
