Position Identification
Job Title – Territory Manager – Arizona and New Mexico
Job Function – Sales
Report to – Regional Director – West Region
Key Accountabilities
- Act as primary contact for Hankook Tire America to dealer network within geographic area as assigned
- Inform dealers of all essential Hankook programs, policies and new products
- Handle all dealer issues and concerns, maintaining excellent customer service
- Train and work with dealer personnel as required
- Obtain current market information and trends in order to maintain awareness of competition
- Establish Hankook Tire brand awareness
- Possess computer skills
- Prospect new business
- Maintain territory sales performance
- Submit all reports as required
- Attend industry trade shows as needed
- Any other duties/responsibilities as assigned by Management

Qualifications
- High School diploma required, college preferred
- Minimum 5 years outside sales experience
- Valid driver’s license
- Industry experience required
- Must be able to travel 70% of the time
- Must live or be willing to relocate to Arizona or New Mexico
