About the role
The Territory Sales Manager (TSM) plays a crucial role in MaxLiner's success. They are responsible for building lasting relationships, executing sales initiatives, and delivering cost-effective trenchless infrastructure solutions within a specific region.
Responsibilities
- Leads all sales and account/planning, forecasting, reporting, management efforts for assigned accounts within territory
- Bridges core product specification knowledge, application, and value to the customer
- Conducts meetings to present company mission and offerings to decision makers
- Understands, assesses, and anticipates customers' objectives, strategies, and requirements to identify and pursue sales opportunities
- Acquires new customers to maximize supply center revenue
- Negotiates contracts, proposals, and terms
- Strategically manages through feedback from customers and market
- Works closely with supply center and corporate resources to enter and fulfill orders
Qualifications
- Self-motivated
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to understand basic technical aspects of construction
- Ability to multitask and complete work while traveling
- Thorough knowledge of territory, market, and clients
- Excellent problem-solving skills
Requirements
- 3+ years of sales experience (preferably in related field)
- Knowledge of the industry or related field is a plus
Skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Basic understanding of construction-related technical aspects
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and travel frequently

Pay
This is a full-time, non-exempt position.
Schedule
Days and hours of work are typically Monday through Friday and may include shift work, weekends, evenings, and holidays. Flexibility is required as job duties demand.
