Full-time
We need to output HTML fragment with headings

for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. Must not repeat job title as heading. Must not include Job ID etc. Must preserve all substantive info. Remove boilerplate like immigration sponsorship, EEO, etc. Also remove duplicated lines, navigation, legal, etc. Must not create sections with placeholder text. We need to parse the job description. Content: Title: Territory Sales Manager Location: Providence RI Employment Type: Full-Time Department/Function: Sales Immigration Sponsorship: None (should be removed as boilerplate) About Victaulic: paragraph about company. Then "YOUR IMPACT STARTS HERE" maybe not needed. Then "What You’ll Build & Own": list of duties/responsibilities. Then "What You Bring": bullet points (Bachelor’s degree preferred, previous sales experience..., willingness to travel..., ability to work in adverse weather...). Those are requirements/qualifications. Then "What Sets You Apart": bullet points (demonstrated history..., competitive nature..., self-motivated..., professional image..., strong problem-solving..., excellent organization...). Those could be skills or qualifications. Then "What We Offer": sections: Build A Better Career (competitive compensation..., career development..., tuition reimbursement...), Build A Better Future (health/dental/vision, retirement, life insurance, disability), Build A Better You (PTO, holidays, flexible work, EAP, wellness, inclusive culture), Build A Better World (sustainability). These are benefits. Pay: Not explicitly stated; only "competitive compensation with performance-based incentives". That is compensation info, but not a specific number. The rule: never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless posting actually states them. It does state "competitive compensation with performance-based incentives". That is compensation info, so we can include a Pay section with that statement. However we must avoid placeholder like "commensurate with experience". This is not placeholder; it's a statement. So we can include Pay. Schedule: Not mentioned; no schedule details. So we should not create Schedule section. Benefits: we have details; we can create Benefits section. About the role: we have a paragraph about Victaulic and maybe "YOUR IMPACT STARTS HERE". Could be About the role. Responsibilities: from "What You’ll Build & Own". Requirements: maybe combine "What You Bring" and "What Sets You Apart"? But we need to follow headings list: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We can decide which to use. We need to avoid thin sections; prefer few substantive sections. Could combine Requirements and Qualifications? But we must use headings exactly as given if we include them. We could include About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Benefits, Pay. That's enough. But we need to ensure we don't miss any substantive info. Let's extract. About the role: Could be the Victaulic description plus maybe the "YOUR IMPACT STARTS HERE" paragraph. We'll include a paragraph summarizing Victaulic and the role impact. Responsibilities: list from "What You’ll Build & Own". We'll convert each sentence into
  • . Requirements: Could be "What You Bring" (education, experience, travel, ability to lift). Also maybe "What Sets You Apart" could be Skills. But we have Skills heading; we could put those under Skills. Requirements could be the basic qualifications (education, experience, travel, physical). Skills could be the "What Sets You Apart" bullet points. Thus we have: About the role: Victaulic description + role impact. Responsibilities: list of duties. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree preferred; previous sales experience with “value‑added” products/services preferred — especially in commercial construction, PVF (pipes, valves, fittings), or mechanical products; willingness to travel, including overnight travel as required by territory; ability to work in adverse weather conditions and handle equipment weighing up to 50+ pounds. Skills: Demonstrated history of developing and nurturing long-standing customer relationships; competitive nature with flexibility and resiliency to grow business year over year; self-motivated and self-driven; able to work remotely with minimal supervision; professional image with confidence, an engaging personality, and strong communication skills; strong problem-solving, resourcefulness, and creative thinking abilities; excellent organization, time management, and project management skills. Benefits: list from "What We Offer": Build A Better Career: competitive compensation with performance-based incentives; career development programs and internal promotion pathways; tuition reimbursement and continuous learning opportunities. Build A Better Future: comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage; retirement savings plans with company match; life insurance and disability coverage. Build A Better You: paid time off, holidays, and flexible work arrangements where applicable; Employee Assistance Programs (EAP) and wellness resources; inclusive, team-oriented culture where people look out for one another. Build A Better World: join a company whose products contribute to a safer, more sustainable built environment every day. Pay: We could include "competitive compensation with performance-based incentives" but that's already in Benefits under Build A Better Career. To avoid duplication, maybe we keep Pay separate only if not duplicated. But the rule says preserve ALL substantive information; we can include it in Benefits; we don't need a separate Pay section if it's already covered. However the instruction says "never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them." It does state compensation, so we could have a Pay section. But we already have that info in Benefits; duplicating might be okay but could be considered redundant. The instruction: "Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail." It doesn't forbid duplication, but better to avoid redundancy. However we need to include a Pay section only if we have specific pay info; we have generic statement. Could put it in Pay section and not repeat in Benefits. But then we lose the other benefits details (career dev, tuition, health, etc.) which belong in Benefits. So we could have Pay section with "competitive compensation with performance-based incentives" and Benefits section with the rest (career development, tuition reimbursement, health, retirement, life insurance, disability, PTO, holidays, flexible work, EAP, wellness, inclusive culture, sustainability). That seems reasonable. Thus we will have sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Skills, Benefits, Pay. We'll not include Qualifications separately (we have Requirements and Skills). Could also include Qualifications but we already have Requirements; but we can keep Qualifications empty? Better not to create empty headings. So we omit Qualifications. Schedule: not present, omit. Now produce HTML fragment:
