Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing commercial customers.
  • Generate sales through account development, outbound communication, and ongoing customer engagement.
  • Aid customers with product selection, pricing, availability, and order placement.
  • Collaborate with warehouse and delivery teams to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
  • Address customer questions and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Maintain working knowledge of automotive parts, industry trends, and company product offerings.
  • Collaborate with branch leadership and internal teams to support overall sales objectives.
  • Participate in local business development efforts and customer visits when needed.

Qualifications

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or the automotive aftermarket industry is preferred.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills are essential.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities is necessary.
  • Basic computer and order-entry proficiency is required.
  • Automatic bonus for those with automotive parts knowledge.
  • A valid driver's license may be required depending on branch needs.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift and move automotive parts and materials as needed.
  • Frequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching throughout the workday.
  • Ability to operate a vehicle for customer visits or deliveries if required.
