Job SummaryThe Territory Sales Manager is responsible for driving profitable sales growth within an assigned territory by developing new business, growing existing accounts, and building lasting customer relationships. This field-based role requires a proactive sales professional who can effectively prospect, generate leads, manage a sales pipeline, and identify opportunities to expand customer business. The Territory Sales Manager serves as a trusted advisor to customers by promoting SRP's products, programs, and services while collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences and maximize account growth. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, results-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where building relationships, achieving sales goals, and delivering outstanding service are key to success. This position offers a base salary of $70,000 plus commission, with earning potential of $100,000+ annually. With warehouse facilities in several states and service representatives covering all regions of the country, there isn't a retail location we can't service Duties/ResponsibilitiesGenerate incremental sales and placements within assigned territory and meet sales objectivesImplement strategies to maintain and grow business by leveraging existing programs and pre-assigned promotionsConduct 15-20 cold calls per day and manage a portfolio of prospectsCultivate a robust and qualified sales pipeline within assigned territories while supporting team members in their respective areasDevelop and foster solid and trusting relationships with customers, clients and internal stakeholdersEnsure all strategic and target accounts are fully aware of all products and servicesIdentify and communicate key client issues and complaintEducate store owners of SRP’s programs and offeringsManage, grow, and retain existing accounts and drive annual account growth objectivesCollaborate with internal teams to maximize profit by up-selling or cross-selling Benefits and PerksMedical, dental, and vision insuranceCompany paid short term disability and life insurancePaid holidays and floating holidaysFlexible PTO401(k) with company matchTuition ReimbursementEmployees are paid weekCompany vehicle and phone for business use Qualifications/Requirements:Minimum of two years of experience in c-store sales, vending, retail sales or other relevant experience. Valid driver's license and good driving record. Ability to travel up to 50% of the time, including overnights.Ability to frequently lift up to 50 pounds and bend, push, stoop, and kneel for extended periods of time.Ability to positively interact with customers and an outgoing personality.Ability to analyze data and sales statistics and translate results into actions and solutions.Proven results of delivering client solutions and meeting sales goalsExcellent verbal and written communication skills; must be a listener, a presenter, and a people-person In-depth understanding of company key clients and their position in the industrySelf-motivated, self-directed, strong negotiation skills, with the ability to follow-through. Sales commissions are excellent with an earning potential of $100,000+. This range represents the base plus commission. The gross annual base salary is $70,000.
