Responsibilities & Duties

  • Promote the company’s products and services to referral sources, helping identify and convert new markets and leads.
  • Maintain and develop relationships with current and prospective referral sources.
  • Conduct, participate in, and/or attend marketing activities and in-services as needed.
  • Attend and participate in team meetings.
  • Monitor and report on expenses.
  • Generate sales performance reports for leadership.
  • Maintain a strong knowledge-base on equipment and services provided by the company.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of insurance reimbursement requirements for equipment and services provided by the company.
  • Monitor regional, and direct and indirect industry trends and reports findings to leadership.

Qualifications

  • A high school diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of sales experience preferred; 2+ years of marketing to medical offices preferred.
  • Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with medical professionals.
  • The ability to recognize the needs and concerns of others, resulting in constructive working relationships.
