Responsibilities & Duties
- Promote the company’s products and services to referral sources, helping identify and convert new markets and leads.
- Maintain and develop relationships with current and prospective referral sources.
- Conduct, participate in, and/or attend marketing activities and in-services as needed.
- Attend and participate in team meetings.
- Monitor and report on expenses.
- Generate sales performance reports for leadership.
- Maintain a strong knowledge-base on equipment and services provided by the company.
- Maintain a working knowledge of insurance reimbursement requirements for equipment and services provided by the company.
- Monitor regional, and direct and indirect industry trends and reports findings to leadership.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred.
- 2+ years of sales experience preferred; 2+ years of marketing to medical offices preferred.
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with medical professionals.
- The ability to recognize the needs and concerns of others, resulting in constructive working relationships.
