Territory Sales Manager

This position is with our Swedish Match affiliate, which develops, manufactures, and sells leading brands such as ZYN nicotine pouches and other smokeless tobacco products. As one of the fastest‑growing consumer packaged goods companies, ZYN is the #1 selling nicotine pouch in the U.S. Headquartered in Stamford, Connecticut, PMI U.S. employs more than 3,000 people nationwide, with manufacturing facilities in Aurora, Colorado; Owensboro, Kentucky; and Wilson, North Carolina. The Territory Sales Manager will oversee sales and operational activities in Eagle Pass, TX.
Responsibilities
- Securing new item distribution
- Executing promotions and merchandising programs
- Maintaining product freshness and inventory standards
- Leveraging data to develop fact‑based customer presentations
- Following established sales call processes
- Managing administrative responsibilities, including expense reporting and point‑of‑sale materials
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work experience required
- Experience in non‑durable consumer goods sales preferred
- Must reside within the assigned territory (Eagle Pass, TX)
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proven problem‑solving and critical‑thinking abilities
- Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and develop sales plans
- Strong planning, organization, and prioritization skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business math

Pay
Annual Base Salary: $60,000 - $80,000
