Territory Sales Manager

As one of the fastest- growing consumer packaged goods companies, ZYN is the #1 selling nicotine pouch in the U.S. To support continued growth and innovation, we are seeking a Territory Sales Manager to oversee sales and operational activities within the McAlester, Oklahoma territory.

Responsibilities

• Securing new item distribution
• Executing promotions and merchandising programs
• Maintaining product freshness and inventory standards
• Leveraging data to develop fact‑based customer presentations
• Following established sales call processes
• Managing administrative responsibilities, including expense reporting and point‑of‑sale materials

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work experience required
• Experience in non‑durable consumer goods sales preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proven problem‑solving and critical‑thinking abilities
• Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and develop sales plans
• Strong planning, organization, and prioritization skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business math
• Must reside within the assigned territory
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Pay

Annual Base Salary: $60,000 - $80,000
