Key Responsibility

  • Drive sales targets for the Big Appliance category across the assigned territory
  • Monitor branch-wise performance and ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly targets
  • Ensure effective product display, availability, and visibility across all stores
  • Track sell-out performance and coordinate with branch teams to improve conversions
  • Manage and guide store teams, including training and performance monitoring
  • Cook up with brands for promotions, schemes, and stock support
  • Monitor stock levels, ageing (60 days & 90 days), and initiate liquidation actions
  • Conduct regular store visits and audits to ensure operational standards
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and provide actionable insights

Requirements

  • Maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external brand partners

Educational Qualification

The Territory Sales Manager (TSM) – Big Appliance Division is responsible for driving sales performance, managing territory operations, and ensuring effective execution of sales strategies across assigned branches. The role focuses on achieving revenue targets, improving sell-out, managing team performance, and coordinating with brands for business growth.
