Territory Sales Manager
About the role
Cullum & Brown is hiring a Territory Sales Manager to join their team. This role involves driving sales and service activity for a specific territory: Northern Colorado. Responsibilities include generating sales, managing cash, ensuring customer loyalty, and maintaining CRM databases.
Responsibilities
- Generate Revenue - Drive sales of equipment, service contracts, and service offerings to direct end users and partners within a defined geographic area.
- Develop People Capabilities - Train dealer sales personnel and customer center personnel on selling skills and product/service knowledge.
- Manage Cash - Ensure orders are error-free, resolve customer disputes, and manage costs associated with selling efforts.
- Earn Customer Loyalty - Collaborate cross-functionally to provide exceptional support and troubleshoot customer issues.
- Maintain CRM Database - Record and track all account activity, including order follow-ups, reporting requirements, and market conditions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, engineering technology, business, or equivalent from a four-year college or university preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 4+ years’ experience in an industrial sales business setting.
- Valid driver’s license for at least 12 months, with no major or frequent traffic violations.
- Knowledge of Salesforce preferred.

- Proven business and sales acumen, including the ability to prospect accounts, effectively navigate within a customer organization, value sell, and win competitive accounts.
- Excellent prioritization and time management skills.
Travel & Work Arrangements/Requirements
Regional travel to customer sites is required within the assigned geographic territory.
Pay Range
The total pay range for this role, not including incentive opportunities, is $70,000-$120,000. The pay range takes into account a wide range of factors that include a candidate's skills; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and geographic location. Hired applicant will be eligible to receive (discretionary/nondiscretionary) annual bonuses and incentive compensation.
