About the role

Cullum & Brown is hiring a Territory Sales Manager to join their team. This role involves driving equipment sales and service activity for a specific territory: Northern Colorado. Responsibilities include generating sales, developing customer relationships, managing cash, and providing technical support.

Responsibilities

  • Generate Revenue - Drive sales of equipment, service contracts, and service offerings to direct end users and partners within a defined geographic area.
  • Develop Existing Customer Base - Secure new competitive accounts to expand IR presence in the market.
  • Provide Compressed Air Solutions - Offer and design solutions to fulfill industrial customer needs, including equipment, accessories, turnkey installations, service contracts, parts, service, rental equipment, and energy audits.
  • Stay Updated - Keep current with all product knowledge, industry standards, and training needed.
  • Execute Strategy - Implement strategies for continuous improvement and exceed customer satisfaction.
  • Achie Targets - Achieve all assigned sales targets.
  • Develop People - Train dealer sales personnel and personnel within the customer center.
  • Manage Cash - Ensure orders are error-free, resolve customer disputes, manage costs, and adhere to safety rules.
  • Earn Loyalty - Collaborate cross-functionally to earn customer loyalty by offering unique solutions and maintaining CRM databases.
  • Track Pipeline - Drive and track sales pipeline, report daily, and provide feedback on market conditions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, engineering technology, business, or equivalent from a four-year college or university preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 4+ years’ experience in an industrial sales business setting.
  • Valid driver’s license for at least 12 months, with no major or frequent traffic violations.
  • Possession of knowledge of Salesforce preferred.

  • Ability to work within a team environment and independently.
  • Mechanical and electrical expertise required.
  • Tech-savvy; knowledge of Salesforce preferred.
  • Proven business and sales acumen, including the ability to prospect accounts, effectively navigate within a customer organization, value sell, and win competitive accounts.
  • Excellent prioritization and time management skills.

Pay Range

The total pay range for this role, not including incentive opportunities, is $70,000-$120,000. The pay range takes into account a wide range of factors that include a candidate's skills; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and geographic location. Hired applicant will be eligible to receive (discretionary/nondiscretionary) annual bonuses and incentive compensation.
