About the role

Grecian Delight | Kronos Foods (“GDK”) seeks a Territory Sales Manager for the Charlotte, North Carolina area. The ideal candidate will drive sales growth and expand market share within an assigned territory.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute territory sales plans to achieve revenue and growth objectives.
  • Manage and grow existing accounts while aggressively pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Drive successful sales plans by prospecting and generating new business through cold calling, door-to-door visits, networking, and referrals.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend products that support menu development, profitability, and operational efficiency.
  • Conduct regular face-to-face meetings with foodservice operators, including restaurants, catering companies, healthcare facilities, schools, and other foodservice accounts.
  • Present products, conduct tastings, and demonstrate value-added solutions to customers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with operators.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including customer service, operations, quality, R & D, and marketing to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate customer records, sales activities, and pipeline updates in CRM systems.
  • Participate in trade shows, industry events, sales meetings, and customer promotions as needed.
  • Report people safety, food safety or quality observations to their management team and/or area QA for immediate actions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Food Science, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of outside sales experience, preferably in foodservice, food manufacturing, or consumer packaged goods.
  • Experience working with foodservice operators.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel extensively throughout the assigned territory.
  • Proven track record of generating new business and achieving sales targets.
  • Strong prospecting, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Relationship building.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a territory effectively.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software.

Pay

$85,000 - $100,000, Bonus Potential 20%

Schedule

Field-based sales role requiring regular in-person customer visits, prospecting, cold calling, and business development activities.
