The Dixon Group is an equal opportunity employer and complies with all applicable federal, state, and local fair employment practices and laws. Accordingly, to the fullest extent required by applicable law, The Dixon Group strictly prohibits and does not tolerate discrimination against employees, applicants, or any other covered persons. The Dixon Group is committed to protecting the privacy rights of its employees and job applicants to the fullest extent required by applicable law. To that end, personal information will be collected solely for those legitimate business purposes recognized by law, and then maintained in a manner consistent with all applicable laws and regulations pertaining to document retention requirements. The Dixon Group does not sell personal information to third parties, and does not share such personal information with third parties except when authorized by law to do so (e.g., in response to a lawful subpoena; mandatory tax reporting; etc.) We need to remove boilerplate: EEO, legal, privacy, sponsorship, etc. Also remove "Who We Are" maybe? It's not a required heading but could be considered "About the company". The instructions say we can use headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. "Who We Are" is not listed, but we could incorporate into About the role? Probably we should not create a heading not in list. So we should omit that paragraph or maybe incorporate into About the role? The instruction: "Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It says e.g., meaning those are examples; we could use other headings? It says "Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." Likely they expect us to use those headings only. So we should map content to those headings. We have: - About the role: could include introductory paragraph about role: "The Dixon Group is looking for a Midwest Territory Sales Manager to join our Outside Sales team! In this role, you will be the driving force behind growing sales and cultivating strong customer relationships for our Sanitary division across the Midwest. You will promote our broad product offerings, deliver market-based solutions, and provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale. At The Dixon Group, we value the contributions of our Military Veterans and proudly employ our nation’s heroes. Veterans are strongly encouraged to apply." - Responsibilities: the "What You'll Do" bullet list. - Requirements: maybe "What We’re Looking For" includes education, experience, etc. Could split into Requirements and Qualifications and Skills. But we need to decide. We have education: High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree is highly preferred. Experience: 3–5 years of previous industrial sales experience required; Outside Sales, Technical Sales, or Territory Management experience preferred. Sales experience in specific industries highly preferred. Ability to think mechanically, etc. Skills: Excellent written and oral communication skills, self-starter, time management, organizational skills, strong computer skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM (Salesforce), ability to travel up to 50-65%. We could put education and experience under Requirements, and skills under Skills. Qualifications maybe similar to Requirements; but we can combine. We have Benefits: "What We Offer" list. Pay: "Competitive Compensation" and "Competitive salary" mentioned. Also "Bonus programs". So we have pay info: Competitive salary, Bonus programs. Could include under Pay. Schedule: Work Hours: 8am - 5pm; Monday through Friday; 50-60% Travel required. Also location: Home Office Based-Midwest. So schedule section could include work hours and travel. We must not include placeholder text like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We must not include duplicated lines. We must remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. So we need to strip the legal paragraphs at the end (starting with "We do not provide sponsorships..."). Also remove "Make the Right Connection—Build Your Career with Dixon!" maybe it's tagline but could be part of About the role. Keep. We must preserve all substantive information. Now produce HTML fragment with

headings and
  • for lists,

for prose. We need to decide which sections to include. Potential sections: - About the role (intro) - Responsibilities - Requirements (education + experience) - Skills - Benefits - Pay - Schedule We could also include Qualifications but maybe not needed if we split. We must not create empty sections. Let's craft content. About the role paragraph: combine the introductory sentences. Responsibilities: list items from "What You'll Do". Requirements: education and experience. Skills: list of skills. Benefits: list from "What We Offer". Pay: mention Competitive salary, Bonus programs (maybe also Competitive Compensation). Could also mention "Competitive Compensation" as generic. Schedule: Work Hours: 8am - 5pm; Monday through Friday; 50-60% Travel required. Also location: Home Office Based-Midwest (maybe location not schedule but could be included). Since schedule heading is allowed, we can include work hours and travel. We must not include location as separate heading unless we have a heading for it; we can include location in schedule paragraph. Now produce HTML. We need to ensure we don't include any markdown fences. Let's write:
