About the role
We are seeking an enthusiastic, energetic, and detail-minded Territory Sales Manager to join our team. This role involves presenting and selling Chadwell Supply products and services to both current and potential customers. Key responsibilities include distributing sales and marketing materials, developing presentations and proposals, establishing professional relationships with customers, and assisting in the collection of past due monies.
Responsibilities
- Presents and sells Chadwell Supply products and services to current and potential customers.
- Distributes various sales and marketing materials such as product catalogs, sales flyers, corporate brochures, and cut sheets.
- Develops basic presentations, quotes, and proposals for individual customers and groups as needed.
- Visits and calls on multiple customers and prospects each day.
- Prepares and follows a daily, weekly, and monthly call schedule for current and potential customers.
- Identifies and contacts sales prospects and other accounts in a prioritized manner.
- Identifies and troubleshoots customer issues and concerns using approved methods and guidelines.
- Aids and supports the Accounts Receivable Department in collecting past due monies by gathering necessary information, submitting critical details, and performing assigned tasks.
- Seeks out strategic customer/competitor information and data using ethical means to enhance sales penetration and improve customer relations.
- Utilizes Company sale reports to capture, support, and expand sales growth and penetration.
- Provides or assists in the on-the-job training of new and/or current associates.
Requirements
- You must be 18 years or older.
- You must be proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- You must have good interpersonal skills and be able to effectively communicate with customers, sales personnel, managers, and coworkers.
- You must have a vehicle capable of significant travel.
- You must have a valid driver's license.
Qualifications
While not specified, we are looking for candidates who are detail-oriented, have strong communication skills, and are comfortable traveling.

$90K to $100K based on experience.
