About the role
Morris Business Solutions is the premier office technology provider in North and South Carolina. As a Premier Platinum dealer for Xerox and Kyocera, we provide cutting-edge technology solutions to businesses by providing computers, servers, cyber security, telephones, copiers, faxes, printers, and Managed IT Services.
Responsibilities
- Use outbound sales strategies to generate leads and create relationships with organizations like hospitals, universities, manufacturing companies, or small and medium sized businesses.
- Identify the needs of customers and market technology products, office equipment and services.
- Develop and manage a territory plan to see new leads and current customers
- Research and consult leads from tradeshows, direct inquiry and cold calls
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities and industry developments to identify new opportunities and adapt sales strategies
- Demonstrate equipment and services to customers on-site or in our offices, providing them with a high-level of service in answering their questions.
- Maintain and track your sales efforts – this will require a solid understanding of the sales cycle and managing a pipeline effectively.
Requirements
- Proven track record in territory sales.
- Experience in technology solutions a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Competitive nature and a strong desire to win
- Ability to build and maintain relationships and influence decision-makers
- Strong PC skills and ability to learn new software quickly
- Experience in Microsoft Office products
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Pay
$80,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year Base + Commission
