Job Description
Cosmo Appliances, a new brand in modern luxury kitchen appliances, aims to integrate performance, technology, and design to transform kitchens into spaces that inspire gatherings and memorable moments. We seek a results-oriented Outside Sales Representative to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Locate and pursue innovative business opportunities in the designated area.
- Pursue leads through cold calling, networking, and other sales techniques.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and professional real estate industry clients (designers, builders, etc.).
- Develop and implement strategic sales tactics to increase market share.
- Collaborate with internal departments like marketing and product development to support sales goals and address customer needs.
- Stay updated on market changes, industry trends, and competitor activities.
- Participate in conferences, trade shows, and networking events to promote Cosmo Products and expand professional networks.
- Acquire quotations, contracts, and sales proposals for prospective clients.
- Negotiate terms and close deals while adhering to business policies and guidelines.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure optimal customer retention and satisfaction.
- Maintain sales targets and objectives.
- Record all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
Requirements
- Proven success in outside sales and account management.
- Strong background in cold calling and driving sales initiatives.
- Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
- Familiarity with kitchen appliances or related industry (preferred).
- Willingness to travel for dealer engagements as required.
