- Develop and maintain strong relationships with property managers and staff in your territory.

- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed performance standards.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Excellent negotiating and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings.
