About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Territory Recruiter to join our team at The Affinities Group in Joplin, MO. As a Territory Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting top insurance agency talent to join our company and help us achieve our goals.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage potential insurance agencies through various sourcing methods
  • Conduct interviews and assess candidate qualifications
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs
  • Manage the full recruitment process from initial contact to onboarding
  • Utilize recruiting tools and platforms to attract and connect with candidates

Requirements

  • 2+ years of recruiting and/or insurance experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Knowledge of recruiting best practices and techniques
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
