Territory Manager - Virginia
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can have "About the role" heading and include description of Gallagher and the opportunity.
But we need to decide what goes where.
We have:
- The Opportunity: description of role: Territory Manager, territory includes VA, WV, NC, based in VA, company vehicle, time on road.
- What You’ll Be Doing: list of duties.
- The Fit Role: description of ideal candidate, traits.
- To be successful, you’ll also need: list of qualifications (degree, driver's license, drug screening, travel willingness, previous territory management experience, proven track record).
- Why Gallagher?: benefits: supportive environment, benefits list: Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability and Life insurance, Wellness initiatives, Employee Assistance Program, 401K match and PTO, Company vehicle, Base salary range $73,000 - $85,000, plus 20% bonus potential.
Thus we can map:
- About the role: combine Gallagher purpose and opportunity description.
- Responsibilities: the bullet list under "What You’ll Be Doing".
- Requirements: maybe the "To be successful, you’ll also need:" list (qualifications). Could also include "The Fit Role" as Skills/Qualifications? Actually "The Fit Role" describes ideal candidate traits, could be Skills or Qualifications. We need to decide.
We have headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule.
We need to avoid thin sections. Let's think:
- About the role: company description + opportunity.
- Responsibilities: duties list.
- Requirements: maybe the mandatory items: driver's license, clean record, drug screening, background check, willingness to travel up to 75%, etc. Also maybe degree preferred.
- Qualifications: maybe the preferred experience: previous Territory Management experience in agricultural marketplace, proven track record of strong sales growth.
- Skills: maybe the traits from "The Fit Role": passion for agriculture, relationship builder, communication, self-motivated, organized, independent, enjoy road, presenting, troubleshooting, tech-savvy, flexible.
- Benefits: list of benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability and Life insurance, Wellness initiatives, Employee Assistance Program, 401K match and PTO, Company vehicle.
- Pay: Base salary range $73,000 - $85,000, plus 20% bonus potential.
- Schedule: maybe travel up to 75% including overnight travel. Could be considered schedule. But we already used travel willingness in Requirements. Could put schedule as "Travel up to 75% including overnight travel". However we need to avoid filler. The posting does mention travel extent. So we can include Schedule section with that detail.
We must not create sections with placeholder text like "commensurate with experience". We have real content.
We must not repeat job title. Not include Job ID.
We must output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences.
Thus produce something like:
About the role
...
Responsibilities
- ... ...
for each section heading. Inside each section, use
for prose,
- for lists.
We must not include any extra text outside HTML.
Let's produce:

Check for any missing info: The "Opportunity" also mentioned company vehicle, which we included in Benefits. Also we mentioned that majority of time on road visiting farms etc. That's in About the role. Good. We didn't include the "Not only does our technology protect..." etc. Already in About the role. We didn't include the "We offer: Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability and Life insurance, Wellness initiatives, Employee Assistance Program, 401K match and PTO Company vehicle
