About the role
Charlie Health offers virtual substance use disorder and eating disorder treatment programs in select states.
Responsibilities
- Provide professional medical services under the supervision of licensed physicians and clinicians.
- Participate in the analysis of symptom improvement, cohort-specific outcomes, and higher level of care readmissions based on self-reported outcomes data.
- Collaborate with patients and their primary care providers to ensure timely access to care.
- Ensure compliance with health plan’s timely access to care standards and balance billing protections.
- Manage patient records securely and share them with patients' primary care providers as needed.
Requirements
Experience in providing professional medical services, particularly in substance use disorder and eating disorder treatment is preferred.
Qualifications
- Valid medical license in the state of practice.
- Knowledge of mental health disorders and treatment protocols.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Skills
- Proficiency in mental health assessment tools.
- Experience with telehealth platforms.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
