For patients in California, this is known as “CH Medical CA, P.C.” For patients in North Carolina or New Jersey, this is known as “CH Medical NC NJ, P.C.” For patients in New York, this is known as “CH Medical NY”.

For patients in all other states, this is known as “Charlie Health Medical, P.A.”

About the role

Responsibilities

• Manage and support the clinical outreach team in their efforts to engage and retain patients.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with referring providers and insurance companies.
• Conduct research and analysis to inform the development of new programs and services.
• Support the implementation and evaluation of new initiatives and strategies.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in psychology, healthcare administration, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in healthcare administration, clinical outreach, or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience with healthcare data analysis and reporting.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of mental health and addiction treatment modalities.
• Understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.
• Experience with healthcare technology and software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay

Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually.
