Responsibilities
- Manage and support the clinical outreach team in their efforts to engage and retain patients.
- Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with referring providers and insurance companies.
- Conduct research and analysis to inform the development of new programs and services.
- Support the implementation and evaluation of new initiatives and strategies.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in psychology, healthcare administration, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in healthcare administration, clinical outreach, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with healthcare data analysis and reporting.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of mental health and addiction treatment modalities.
- Understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.
- Experience with healthcare technology and software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay
Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually.
