Responsibilities

• Manage client communications and ensure smooth interactions between clients and healthcare providers.
• Support the development and implementation of clinical protocols and procedures.
• Contribute to the ongoing improvement of our virtual treatment platform.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive treatment plans.
• Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the virtual treatment program.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, or a related field.
• Experience in mental health or addiction treatment settings.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as a mental health professional in the state where you will be working.
• Knowledge of evidence-based treatments for mental health and addiction disorders.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Experience with telehealth technologies and platforms.
