About the role

Charlie Health offers virtual substance use disorder and eating disorder treatment programs in select states. Professional medical services are provided by licensed physicians and clinicians affiliated with independent practices.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the delivery of evidence-based treatment plans
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support patient care
• Conduct symptom improvement analysis based on self-reported outcomes data
• Perform cohort-specific outcomes analysis based on client data
• Analyze higher level of care (HLOC) readmission data

Requirements

• Current license to practice medicine in the state of California
• Experience in treating substance use disorders and/or eating disorders
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Proficiency in conducting symptom improvement and cohort-specific outcome analyses
• Knowledge of higher level of care (HLOC) readmission data analysis

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field
• At least 3 years of clinical experience in mental health settings
• Experience working with diverse populations
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
