Responsibilities

  • Achieve set target on sales and collection.
  • Key-client management.
  • Career coordination between sales team and other departments in the company.
  • Effective monitoring of field activities and providing timely feedback.
  • Ensure daily NEXA CRM update.
  • Get trained on CTT and practice CTT sales model.
  • Effective distribution management.
  • Follow up on secondary sales.
  • Effective inventory management.
  • Implementation of company strategies.
  • Provide required services to the customers.
  • Ensure the collections within the agreed norms as per the business conditions agreed upon.
  • Vigilant of the competition and the market trends and upcoming avenues.
  • Explore the new market potentiality.
  • Qualifications

    • Graduate in Science, B.Sc or equivalent.
    • More than 8 - 12 years’ experience in sales.
