Responsibilities
- Achieve set target on sales and collection.
- Key-client management.
- Career coordination between sales team and other departments in the company.
- Effective monitoring of field activities and providing timely feedback.
- Ensure daily NEXA CRM update.
- Get trained on CTT and practice CTT sales model.
- Effective distribution management.
- Follow up on secondary sales.
- Effective inventory management.
- Implementation of company strategies.
- Provide required services to the customers.
- Ensure the collections within the agreed norms as per the business conditions agreed upon.
- Vigilant of the competition and the market trends and upcoming avenues.
- Explore the new market potentiality.
- Graduate in Science, B.Sc or equivalent.
- More than 8 - 12 years’ experience in sales.
