For patients in California, this is known as “CH Medical CA, P.C.” For patients in North Carolina or New Jersey, this is known as “CH Medical NC NJ, P.C.” For patients in New York, this is known as “CH Medical NY”.
For patients in all other states, this is known as “Charlie Health Medical, P.A.”

Responsibilities
- Manage and support the clinical outreach efforts for our virtual treatment programs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
- Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers and insurance companies.
- Support the implementation of new technologies and processes to improve patient outcomes.
- Contribute to the development and execution of marketing strategies to promote our services.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in behavioral health or related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Qualifications
- Experience working with diverse populations.
- Knowledge of mental health and addiction treatment modalities.
- Understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.
