About the role

Join our dynamic team as a Territory Manager, Outside Sales. Drive sales growth in your designated territory through effective customer engagement and strategic account management.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed quarterly targets.
  • Identify and qualify potential customers, building strong relationships through regular visits and presentations.
  • Manage and grow existing accounts while identifying new opportunities within the market.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to inform sales tactics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Proven track record of successful sales performance.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 75% of the time.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
