Position Summary
Our client is seeking a high-performing Territory Sales Manager to drive growth across the state of Oregon by developing strong relationships with physicians, clinicians, and hospital stakeholders involved in peripheral vascular, endovascular, and interventional procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a designated territory by developing strategic account plans and executing sales initiatives.
- Sell and support a portfolio of peripheral vascular and interventional solutions across existing and new accounts.
- Build trusted relationships with physicians, clinicians, and healthcare decision-makers.
- Provide comprehensive product education, training, and in-service support to clinical teams.
- Attend and support procedures, ensuring successful product utilization and customer experience.
- Identify customer needs and develop solutions that improve clinical and operational outcomes.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of procedural workflows, anatomy, disease states, and clinical evidence supporting products.
- Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and customer feedback, communicating insights to leadership.
- Resolve customer concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate territory reporting, forecasting, account planning, and expense management.
- Effectively manage territory travel, scheduling, and hospital access requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of medical device sales experience required.
- Experience selling into hospital-based specialties and procedural environments.
- Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently in a highly autonomous field-based role.
- Willingness to support early-morning procedural cases in hospital environments.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel extensively throughout Oregon.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in peripheral vascular, endovascular, interventional cardiology, interventional radiology, vascular surgery, or cardiovascular surgery markets.
- Existing relationships with interventional cardiologists, interventional radiologists, vascular surgeons, cardiovascular surgeons, and cath lab/IR lab stakeholders throughout Oregon.
- Strong understanding of vascular anatomy, disease states, and procedural workflows.
- Experience navigating complex hospital sales environments and contracting processes.
- Experience supporting physician procedures and providing clinical case coverage.
