For patients in all other states, this is known as “Charlie Health Medical, P.A.”
About the role
Our mission is to provide high-quality, evidence-based mental health and substance use disorder treatment through innovative technology and compassionate care.
Responsibilities
- Support the development and implementation of clinical strategies and programs
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care plans
- Contribute to the ongoing evaluation and improvement of treatment protocols
- Provide clinical oversight and guidance to support staff
- Engage in research and development of new treatment methodologies
Requirements
- A Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field
- Licensed as a Psychologist, Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, or a similar credential
- Experience in mental health or substance use disorder treatment settings
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- Knowledge of evidence-based treatments for mental health and substance use disorders
- Experience with data analysis and reporting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organizational and time management skills

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
- Experience with telehealth platforms and technologies
