About the role

The Territory Manager will manage existing accounts, as well as strategically expand our account base. This position requires an entrepreneurial mindset, where self-starting is a must and customer service must be second to none.

Job Tasks and Description

  • Calling on a high volume of accounts on a daily basis in the designated market area.
  • Expand the account list strategically to increase both the brand’s exposure and volume of sales.
  • Manage existing accounts on a consistent basis and supply accounts with whatever they may need – Quality assurance checkpoints, POS items, staff training, etc.
  • Set up promotional events in targeted accounts and execute said events in a creative and high impact manner.
  • Attend and execute beer festivals as needed to increase consumer awareness as to the quality and breadth of our portfolio.
  • Improve conditions of placements for best consumer exposure – ensuring product is placed in optimal position, creating impressive displays, etc.
  • Work hand in hand with distributors to provide support in accounts, brand knowledge, and events.

Requirements

  • A commitment to a sales career and desire for growth in a fast-paced, highly focused, and accountable sales organization.
  • Bachelor’s Degree (preferred).
  • 3+ years of proven sales experience with the beer industry.
  • A strong competitive spirit with a confident personality and ability to be politely assertive.
  • A results-driven attitude with a consistent sense of urgency.
  • An ability to learn sales data platforms to assist with management of territory.
  • A valid driver’s license, a registered, reliable, and insured vehicle, and the ability to be constantly mobile.
  • The ability to independently lift and move cases and kegs of beer.

Pay

SALARY RANGE: $60,000 - $70,000/year
