About the role

Neurolutions is seeking a dedicated Stroke Recovery Services Coordinator to support our mission of helping stroke survivors regain independence through innovative therapy solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in patient care coordination and a passion for improving the quality of life for individuals affected by stroke.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient referrals and appointments with healthcare providers
• Manage patient intake and onboarding processes
• Provide ongoing support and education to patients and families
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and insurance requirements
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement personalized treatment plans

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (healthcare, psychology, etc.)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in patient care coordination or related field
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Qualifications

• Current certification in CPR and First Aid
• Experience working with stroke survivors and their families
• Knowledge of rehabilitation therapies and techniques

Skills

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
