Overview

Charlie Health’s virtual substance use disorder treatment program is available in select states, while its virtual eating disorder treatment program is also available in select states.

Qualifications

Professional medical services are provided by licensed physicians and clinicians affiliated with independently owned and operated professional practices. For patients in California, this is known as “CH Medical CA, P.C.” For patients in North Carolina or New Jersey, this is known as “CH Medical NC NJ, P.C.” For patients in New York, this is known as “CH Medical NY”. For patients in all other states, this is known as “Charlie Health Medical, P.A.”

Outcomes

• Symptom improvement analysis based on self-reported outcomes data from 2025 routinely discharged clients who presented with moderate to severe anxiety, moderate to severe depression, or at least one day of self-harm at intake, and showed improvements at discharge.
• Cohort-specific outcomes analysis based on self-reported data from all-time clients in the relevant cohort who reported severe anxiety, moderately severe to severe depression, or at least one day of self-harm at intake, and showed improvements at discharge.
• Higher level of care (HLOC) readmission analysis based on self-reported outcomes data from 2025 routinely discharged clients who had been admitted to a HLOC in the 30 days prior to intake.
