About the role

Neurolutions is seeking a dedicated and experienced Stroke Recovery Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in stroke rehabilitation and be passionate about helping patients recover their independence.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement personalized stroke recovery plans based on patient needs and medical guidelines.
• Conduct assessments to evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including physical therapists, occupational therapists, and speech therapists to provide comprehensive care.
• Provide education to patients and families on stroke recovery techniques and home exercises.
• Keep abreast of the latest research and clinical advancements in stroke rehabilitation.

Requirements

• A Master's degree in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech-Language Pathology, or a related field.
• Current licensure in the state where you will be working.
• At least 2 years of experience in stroke rehabilitation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of neurological disorders and rehabilitation techniques.
• Experience with evidence-based practice and patient-centered care.
• Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR).

Skills

• Knowledge of stroke rehabilitation protocols and best practices.
