Territory Manager, Medical Sales Representative (NYC)
About the Role
Revanix Biomedical, a PartsSource company, is seeking a motivated Territory Manager / Medical Sales Representative to grow our presence in the Greater NYC market and support expansion into adjacent territories. This full-time, remote role with 75% travel is ideal for recent college graduates, early-career professionals, or those looking to enter medical device sales.
Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect new hospital and surgery center accounts to expand Revanix's customer base.
- Develop and present value propositions demonstrating how Revanix repair services reduce equipment downtime and optimize clinical asset utilization.
- Build and maintain a professional network within healthcare and biomedical services for referrals and partnerships.
- Conduct needs assessments to understand client challenges and position Revanix solutions.
- Manage existing accounts to ensure satisfaction, service quality, and contract renewals.
- Serve as the primary contact for assigned accounts, coordinating with service and technical teams.
- Monitor account health, identify growth opportunities, and develop account plans.
- Follow up with clients to gather feedback, resolve concerns, and ensure alignment with service expectations.
- Execute market expansion strategy within the NYC territory (2-hour radius).
- Analyze performance data and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with sales leadership on territory-specific strategies.
- Create and deliver presentations highlighting Revanix's expertise, ISO certification, and quality standards.
- Prepare sales forecasts and maintain CRM records for pipeline visibility.
- Communicate with decision-makers at all levels, adapting messages to each audience.
Requirements
- Sales and business development experience, including lead generation, prospecting, relationship building, and account management.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, articulating technical value to non-technical buyers.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively as part of a team.
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Self-motivation, resilience, and a positive attitude.
Qualifications
- Preferred: Medical device or pharmaceutical sales experience.
- Preferred: Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Preferred: Bilingual Spanish/English capability.
- Preferred: Familiarity with hospital operations, clinical engineering, or healthcare procurement.

Pay
Competitive base salary of $60,000 plus uncapped commission, with on-target earnings of $100,000+ annually for top performers. Final compensation based on experience, skills, and location.
