Territory Manager (Large Agriculture Equipment Sales)
Pape’ Machinery, a premier capital equipment dealer in the West, is seeking a motivated Territory Manager for Large Agricultural Equipment Sales to join our Agriculture & Turf Division in Benton & Linn Counties, OR.

Each day brings variety as you develop new business, support existing clients, and represent Pape’ Machinery as a visible leader in your territory. You’ll spend your time in the field, traveling in a company-provided sales vehicle, meeting face-to-face with customers, and working alongside internal teams to ensure seamless support from purchase to service.
With a pulse on market trends and customer needs, you’ll position Pape’ Machinery as the go-to provider for large agricultural equipment solutions while driving growth and expanding market share. Ongoing training and mentorship ensure you have the resources to thrive.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with growers, producers, and agri-business leaders.
- Deliver advanced large agricultural equipment solutions to meet customer needs.
- Develop new business and support existing clients in your territory.
- Represent Pape’ Machinery as a visible leader in the agricultural community.
- Travel within your territory in a company-provided sales vehicle for face-to-face customer meetings.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless support from purchase to service.
- Stay informed on market trends and customer needs to drive growth and expand market share.
Requirements
- Previous sales experience.
- Knowledge of agricultural equipment, including precision ag technology (preferred).
- Financing background (preferred).
- Excellent customer relations and communication skills.
- Strong computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook).
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
- Experience operating equipment and heavy-duty pickup/trailer combination (preferred).
