For patients in all other states, this is known as “Charlie Health Medical, P.A.”

Responsibilities

• Manage client communications and ensure timely follow-ups
• Support clinical teams in developing and implementing treatment plans
• Collaborate with insurance companies to facilitate coverage and payment processes
• Conduct intake assessments and triage cases
• Participate in staff meetings and training sessions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or related field
• At least 2 years of experience in mental health or addiction treatment
• Knowledge of insurance claims processing and healthcare regulations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems

Qualifications

• Passing of a background check
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (for in-person visits)
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Pay

Salary range: $50,000 - $80,000 annually
