About the role

Our mission is to provide high-quality, evidence-based mental health and addiction treatment through innovative virtual care solutions.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support the clinical operations of the virtual care platform
• Collaborate with clinical teams to ensure seamless integration of virtual care services
• Develop and maintain clinical workflows and processes
• Provide guidance and support to clinical staff on best practices and regulatory requirements
• Contribute to the development and implementation of training programs for new hires
• Support the recruitment and onboarding of new clinical staff
• Assist in the management of clinical quality metrics and reporting
• Participate in regular team meetings and cross-functional project teams

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, public health, psychology, social work, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare administration, preferably in a clinical setting
• Experience with electronic health records (EHRs) and clinical workflow management systems
• Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications

• Current certification as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
• Current certification as a Certified Professional Coder (CPC) or Certified Coding Specialist (CCS)
• Knowledge of ICD-10-CM and CPT coding
• Experience with EHR systems and clinical documentation

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with data analysis and reporting tools
• Understanding of HIPAA and other healthcare privacy laws

Pay

Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
