Responsibilities
- Identify and secure new business opportunities
- Monitor market trends from used car sales reports and wholesale results and communicate findings to Management
- Manage book of business within Salesforce
- Manage projects and marketing materials for sales calls on a weekly basis
- Attend and participate in local Dealers Association including meetings & functions
- Exceed sales goals/targets
- Carry out additional responsibilities as needed to support business operations
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 or more years outside sales experience
- Proven Track record of performance
- Strong presentation and building connections skills
- Time managing skills
- Positive attitude
- Professional and clean appearance
- Ability to work independently or within a team in a fast-paced environment
- Preferred Skills: Experience in the automotive, insurance, or rental car industries is a plus. Background in other industries also valued
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
- BA/BS degree preferred
